Who is responsible
NestLoggic is the trading name of Philip Hubbard, sole trader, Malvern, Worcester. Contact: phil@nestloggic.com.
What Magpie keeps
- Your email address, used to send sign-in links and plan emails, and to tell your account from others.
- The dieline files you upload, the job settings you choose, and the layouts Magpie makes from them, so you can come back to a job and export it.
- Your shop profile if you fill it in: board prices, machine rates, quote rules and cutter profiles.
- A token in your browser's local storage that ties the jobs you nest before signing in to that browser.
How long it is kept
- Jobs nested before signing in are deleted 7 days after they are made.
- Jobs on an account are kept until you delete them on the Jobs page, which deletes the job and every version of it.
- A job set to delete on export has its drawings deleted as soon as a cutter file is downloaded; the numbers (sheet count, blanks, costing, job details) are kept.
- Uploaded files are read into the job and are not kept as files.
- Backups of the database may hold deleted data until they are replaced.
Payment
Card details go to Stripe, never to Magpie. Magpie keeps Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers so it knows the plan is active.
Sign-in links and plan emails are sent through Resend from noreply@nestloggic.com.
Where it is kept
The service runs on a server in the European Union, with the database hosted by Supabase. Jobs and layouts are kept in that database, which is encrypted at rest (AES-256), and every connection to the service and to the database is encrypted.
Your choices
You can delete any job yourself on the Jobs page. To have your account and everything on it deleted, email phil@nestloggic.com from the address on the account.
